Plantation Shutters 
PVC or Plastic shutters have a 2 year paint finish and 10 year structural warranty.
Hardwood shutters have a 2 year paint finish and a 5 year structural warranty.
Aluminium Shutters have a 7 year paint finish (Coastal 5 year) and a 10 year structural warranty.
 
Interior Blinds 
Cellular Blinds have a 2 year parts warranty 
Panel Glides have a 5 year parts warranty.
Roller Blinds have a 5 year parts warranty.
Roman Blinds have a 5 year parts warranty.
Venetians Blinds have a 5 year parts warranty.
Veri-shades have a 5 year parts warranty.
Vertical Blinds have a 5 year parts warranty.
Blind fabrics have a between 1 & 2 year warranty depending on the textile chosen. 
 

Warranty

Sunny Coast Shutters obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace any of the products which are found to be defective in materials, or workmanship at Sunny Coast Shutters discretion for the period of the warranty stated above for the related product after the invoice date. Paint and similar finishes are warranted for two years, ECO PVC or Plastic shutters paint finish 2 years, Aluminium shutters powder coating finish seven years. This Warranty may be discharged by the refund to the customer of the original purchase price, or a pro-rata amount representing the remaining warranted life of the defective products.

This Warranty does not:

◉ Cover conditions or damage caused by storm, tempest, fire, explosion, implosion, failure or movement of supporting structures, falling objects, or other mechanical impact, or other or outside causes;

◉ Cover products that have been supplied to Salts Spray or Marine influences, severe industrial, or corrosive environments;

◉ Cover conditions which are partly or entirely attributed to chemical agents, fumes, liquids or solids reacting with or falling onto the product;

◉ Apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear, nor to changes in the product which occur normally with the passage of time. For instance the warranty does not apply to the normal fading or ageing of the product. Nor does this warranty cover any finish, or reaction to finishing or maintenance undertaken post purchase;

◉ Include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alteration, misuse, abuse, intervention of motorised devices, or failure to follow the instructions with respect to cleaning and maintenance;

◉ Apply if the product is this disassembled; nor

Include responsibility for incidental or consequential damages or any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee;

◉ Cover transport damage resulting from incorrect packing by the customer or other parties other than the supplier;

◉ Cover paint finishes beyond two years (aluminium seven years) post purchase. All direct purchase items are custom made to the customers measurements, whilst every effort is taken to supply a correctly fitting product, if the product does not fit due to the customers incorrect measurements Sunny Coast Shutters is not responsible in these instances for a refund. This will not include fitting installation warranty as the customer is responsible the for installation. If a warranty issue is to be fixed or replaced under Sunny Coast Shutters warranty, Sunny Coast Shutters will not be responsible for delivery or collection charges or disassembling or re-installing of the products. This warranty shall be interpreted and applied subject to the operation of any applicable statute (the provision which cannot be excluded by the parties), including if applicable, the Australian Trade Practices Act and similar Legislation. With exceptions of the matters outlined in this document, or other implied terms, warranties and conditions are hereby excluded.
